Ordering & product variations

At Gransliltreasures, all our products are lovingly handcrafted. This means slight variations in colour, shape, or design are completely normal and part of the unique charm of each item. No two pieces are identical, celebrating the artistry behind every creation.

Orders are meticulously made and packed by hand. Please check the current processing time on our website before ordering. While busy periods may extend this slightly, we always work as quickly and carefully as possible to ensure your treasures reach you.

If ordering personalise items please make sure that all names and any relevent information is correct and thst spelling is correct as once orders are placed thesse canot be changed. This is to make sure that your personalised gift is that special personal gift.

Returns & refunds policy

Due to the handmade nature of our cosmetics and home fragrance items, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and information so we can resolve it quickly.

Personalised items are non-refundable. These bespoke products are created especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged. If a personalised item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours, including clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will replace the item or offer a suitable solution.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or partially used.

Please ensure your address and contact information are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address if the details were entered incorrectly.

Handmade items take time to create. The processing time is how long it takes us to make and pack your order—delivery time is what the courier takes after that. If a parcel is delayed, we will always help where we can, but we cannot control courier delays. If a parcel is officially classed as lost, we will follow the courier's policy for replacements or refunds.
